Bill is a highly successful entrepreneur who has been active in the development of oil & gas technologies for 25 years. Bill is a global executive experienced in leading engineers. His team designed and implemented micro -robotic technologies for the TOW-II missile launch program. He co-founded a public company that developed and marketed the highly successful “Flatplug.” Bill graduated Summa Cum Laude in architecture from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He is a National Design Award winner; and as COO/executive director of architecture and design, he built Concepts 4/HFS into the world’s largest hospitality design firm with revenues of over $150M and employing 125 professionals. Jean-Claude brings experience and wisdom to Falconridge. Claude has been involved in the technology since its inception. Claude has over 50 years’ experience financing, developing and consulting for many successful junior oil & gas E&P, mining, and technology ventures, all of which Claude funded personally. Over his career Claude has been an important contributor to world business, including grubstaking Hemlo Gold’s gold deposits, and founding and leading Paragon Petroleum, Genesis Microchip, and Star Data Systems

VP - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & DIRECTOR
Al brings to FalconRidge over 30 years of corporate experience garnered in both the domestic and international business arenas. Al has acted as a President, CEO, General Manager, Vice President Finance for various companies that were in various stages of growth and in some cases in need of operational and financial structuring. His experience in industry includes; injection and blow moulding, plastic extrusion, magnesium production, retail operations, commercial lighting manufacturing, digital imaging for medical record conversion, toy & game manufacturing, packaging and leasing operations.

Al enjoyed a career in international and corporate banking spanning some 25 years retiring from GE Capital in 1998 as a Senior Vice President. Throughout his career he was involved in numerous turnaround financing, international leases, international loan syndications, leveraged buyouts, real estate financing and resource capital finance.

Skip has worked in oil and gas for over twenty years. He is an experienced financier of technologies, and has successfully led an international team of engineers, geologists, and scientists investigating various generations of technologies from concept or prototype stage to commercialisation, including thru-tubing solutions for offshore and horizontal wells
